The word “colonic” refers to the colon. A colonic is known by a few other names as well such as colonic hydrotherapy, high colonic or colonic irrigation. A colonic is a relatively simple procedure, although it does take some time.
A colonic should only be performed by a qualified colonic hydrotherapy specialist.
